HIMSS, a global advisor and thought leader in health information and technology, announced today the appointment of Tim Kelsey to Senior Vice President of Analytics, International.
As Senior Vice President, Kelsey will lead the HIMSS international analytics team that develops the world’s most trusted and effective measures of digital maturity for health providers and ecosystems.

In 2018, Kelsey co-founded and was inaugural chair of the Global Digital Health Partnership, which brings together 30 governments and the World Health Organization to collaborate on policy development.
Kelsey has been CEO of the Australian Digital Health Agency since 2016. In that role, he has led development of Australia’s National Digital Health Strategy and also implemented the national expansion of My Health Record, which provides 22 million Australians with mobile access to their key health information.
Prior to his role in Australia, Kelsey worked as National Director for Patients and Information in NHS England and launched a number of national digital health initiatives to promote better access to health and care, as well as improved interoperability of health services.
